- On the day of booking, the full cost of accommodation will be debited from credit card.
- To complete the reservation process, the payment must be settled.
- Only after the completion of the transaction, the reservation process is completed.
- If any mistake occurs regarding the price calculation or payment by credit card, our hotel will get in contact with its customers to correct it.
Cancellation Conditions
Should the customer wish to cancel the reservation, the guest must notify it in advance. The conditions of the cancellation periods and conditions based on the arrival date are as follows.
- If the cancellation request is made 30 days before date of arrival; the total accommodation amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation request is made within 30 and 15 days before date of Arrival; guests are agree to pay 50 % of the total accommodation amount as cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation request is made 15 days before the date of Arrival; guests agree to pay 100 % of the total accommodation amount as cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation request is not made and guest do not check-in at arrival date, guests agree to pay 100 % of the total accommodation amount as cancellation fee.
